We’re nestled in rural Tennessee, just a short drive from Bath Springs. Guests enjoy the perfect balance of seclusion and easy access to local attractions.

We offer four unique treehouse escapes, each with its own design, layout, and charm. Every stay is designed to feel private and unforgettable.

How do I book a stay?

You can browse our available treehouses and book directly on our website through our secure booking system.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Yes, we have a 1 or 2-night minimum depending on the season and availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to your stay receive a full refund. Cancellations after that window may be subject to a fee.

Guests & Accessibility

Are children allowed?

The Canopy at Island Bend is designed as a romantic and tranquil retreat. For that reason, our stays are best suited for adults.

Are pets welcome?

To preserve the peaceful atmosphere for all guests, we are currently not pet-friendly.

Are the treehouses wheelchair accessible?

Due to the nature of our elevated structures, our treehouses are not fully wheelchair accessible. Please reach out directly so we can discuss comfort options.

Amenities & Experiences

What amenities are included in my treehouse?

Each treehouse is thoughtfully equipped with a cozy bed, private bath, small kitchenette, heating/air conditioning, and a private deck to take in the views.

Is Wi-Fi available?

We encourage guests to unplug and reconnect with nature. Wi-Fi is available, but cell service may vary depending on your carrier.
